Employee event no. 1:
A particularly big employee event for our team was the Swisscom event with 3,300 employees in Lucerne, Switzerland. The title of the event motto was "We are ONE". The accompanying key visual showed a helix building on two foundations. It was about a kick-off event celebrating the merger of two departments into one big new business unit. Employee communication, motivation, appreciation of employees and a departure for "new ways" were the prominent themes.

AUMA - Open House
As part of the 3-day employee event on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the company AUMA from Müllheim (near Freiburg), there were two event days that belonged to the employees and their families. With a festive evening event the staff was thanked for the extraordinary good cooperation. On the 2nd day, each employee could bring up to 5 people from family and friends to an open house at the company event. Both event days were characterized by a large entertainment and action program, which should express appreciation, recognition and gratitude to the employees. AUMA would also like to expressly thank our team for the excellent cooperation.
Employee Event #3:
NetApp Annual Kick-Off
The departure hall of the former Munich Airport, near the Munich Trade Fair Center, was the event location for the annual kick-off of the IT company NetApp with 400 employees. In addition to various lectures and presentations on new products and services, the focus of the event was on the employee party. The successful previous year was celebrated in an extraordinary setting. The company had set the goal to communicate high appreciation and gratitude to the employees. Our event management team organized this event perfectly from our office near Freiburg / Basel and was even invited on stage by the customer as a team to thank them. This is how employee events should be!
