Employee events by Commacross: 1st Swisscom Kick-Off
A Swisscom event for 3,300 employees in Lucerne, Switzerland with the event motto "We are ONE". An employee event to mark the merger of two departments into a new business unit. The focus of the event was on employee communication, motivation and appreciation. In addition to a supporting program with comprehensive entertainment, we were able to involve all employees in the company event and amaze them with highlights such as a joint percussion activity.

Commacross employee events: 2nd AUMA open day
A 3-day employee event on the factory premises on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the company AUMA from Müllheim, near Freiburg. A festive evening event was held to thank the staff for their exceptionally good cooperation. On the following days, the doors were open to the families and friends of the employees. The three days of the employee event were characterized by a large entertainment and action program, which was intended to express appreciation, recognition and gratitude towards the employees. AUMA thanked our team for the successful employee event and the excellent cooperation.

Commacross employee events: 3rd NetApp Annual Kick-Off
The departure hall of the former Munich airport served as the location for the NetApp event with 400 employees. In addition to various lectures and presentations on new products and services, the employee party was the focus of the event. The successful previous year was celebrated in an extraordinary setting. The company had set itself the goal of communicating a high level of appreciation and gratitude to its employees. Our event agency organized this employee event perfectly and was even invited on stage by the client to thank us. This is how employee events should be!
