We have the experience and the event management team to make projects like the Endress+Hauser sales conference a unique experience. Our client highlighted that it was the best event ever held for Endress+Hauser in Germany. To our great surprise, the Managing Director brought us on stage in front of all those present to thank us personally. Endress+Hauser is a special company where values such as gratitude and trust are very important.
Our biggest event to date, with over 6,500 participants, was the 50th anniversary of the AUMA company on its premises in Müllheim (near Freiburg). The special thing about this B2B mega-event was that the client placed their trust in us, even though we had not implemented a project for AUMA before. The client wanted a 360° event service, so we were responsible for the conception and planning of the event as well as for the management of all trades. The catering was provided by Käfer from Munich and with food trucks from the region. An all-round successful event that will be remembered by everyone. We are pleased to have worked regularly with AUMA on trade fair and event projects ever since.
In the IT industry there are many events that take place all over Europe. For our client NetApp we have organised small and large events in Germany, Poland, Portugal, England, Spain, Switzerland, Austria or Ireland. A particularly nice event location was Lisbon. We completely redesigned the hotel where the 2-day event took place to match the look of the event and took the participants on a special kind of customer experience. The core theme of the event was football and so the stage was covered with grass and bordered on the sides with corner flags. We had engaged the world referee Howard Webb as a keynote speaker, who gave a very exciting talk on the topic of "making quick decisions". Our self-developed mobile EventApp was used to its full extent for the first time at this event.
