A Swisscom event for 3,300 employees in Lucerne, Switzerland with the event motto "We are ONE". An event staging on the occasion of the merger of two departments to form a new business unit. The event dramaturgy we developed focused on employee communication, motivation and appreciation. Through a supporting program with comprehensive entertainment, we were able to interactively involve all participants in the event and amaze them with highlights such as a joint percussion activity. The event staging was a complete success thanks to the spectacular highlights.
A sales conference for 800 Endress+Hauser employees at Europapark, Rust. Our event storytelling dealt with the topic of "digitalization" and was intended to inspire the employees. For the event motto we developed, "MORE TEAM, MORE SPIRIT - #Fit for 2020", we organized a special event staging with a huge percussion activity for all participants. Afterwards, we were thanked by the Managing Director in front of all those present: it was "the best event ever held for Endress+Hauser in Germany". We are therefore particularly pleased that our event agency still enjoys Endress+Hauser's trust today.
A 3-day event on the factory premises with over 6,500 participants on the 50th anniversary of the company AUMA from Müllheim, near Freiburg. The challenge in event design and storytelling was to offer different target groups such as employees, customers, partners and the public a common event framework. Each target group was therefore given its own "holiday" at the event, including its own event dramaturgy and its own event program. By starting the planning early, we were able to organize a special event giveaway together with the hobby winemakers among the AUMA employees - the AUMA white wine. We were warmly thanked by the team for the successful event.
