How is a virtual trade fair eye-catcher created?

Trade fair eye-catchers are usually landmarks on the booth that highlight a particular theme or product. Visually, eye-catcher exhibits should be integrated into the booth design and be modularly constructed for multiple use. As soon as we know the theme/product and the objective is defined, we start the brainstorming and concept phase. This is followed by coordination with the client, an optimisation phase if necessary, and construction with media production. The duration from idea to completion is between 3-6 months, depending on the type and scope.

What benefits do trade fair eye-catchers offer?​

A special trade fair eye-catcher can be used flexibly as a highlight exhibit at various trade fairs over several years. Depending on the design, even for different products and themes. This saves time and money, as only the media production needs to be adapted. Usually, trade fair eye-catchers are built primarily for A trade fairs. However, we have also built smaller eye-catchers for B and C fairs because the benefits and success are so meaningful.

How much does a trade fair eye-catcher cost?​

There is no one price for trade fair eye-catchers. Every exhibit is different and custom built for the specific customer benefit. Nevertheless, there are indicators that have a great influence on the costs. The size of the exhibit and the media technology play an important role. Understandably, large exhibits are usually more expensive to design and build than small eye-catchers. When it comes to the media technology, you have to consider two cost factors: technology and media production. Conception, planning, test set-up, and transport packaging are also costs to be considered.

We have developed a wide variety of trade fair eye-catchers. Depending on size, type, and scope, the costs range from € 25,000 - € 80,000. The rule is: the more unique and unusual, the more expensive.
