What is an eye-catcher?

Eye-catchers are objects that act as "lighthouses" to highlight certain topics or products and draw attention to them. Trade fair eye-catchers can be, for example, media installations in special formats, interactive highlight exhibits or media columns. They serve to attract the attention of visitors and showcase products or brands in a special way to set them apart from the competition.

What advantages do trade fair eye-catchers offer?

A special trade fair eye-catcher can be used flexibly as a highlight exhibit at various trade fairs over several years. Depending on the design, it can even be used for different products and themes. This saves time and money, as only the media production needs to be adapted. Trade fair eye-catchers are usually built primarily for A trade fairs. However, we have also built small "sibling" eye-catchers for B and C trade fairs because the benefits and success were so high.

How is a trade fair eye-catcher created?

Trade fair eye-catchers are usually "smart lighthouses" on the trade fair stand that highlight a particular theme or product. Visually, the trade fair eye-catchers should be integrated into the stand design and have a modular design for multiple use. As soon as we know the theme/product and the objective is defined, we start the brainstorming and concept phase. This is followed by coordination with the customer, an optimisation phase if necessary and construction with media production. The duration from idea to completion is between 3 and 6 months, depending on the type and scope.

What does a trade fair eye-catcher cost?

There is no standardised price for trade fair eye-catchers. Every highlight exhibit is different and customised for the specific customer benefit. Nevertheless, there are indicators that have a major influence on the costs. The size of the trade fair eye-catcher and the media technology used play an important role. Understandably, large exhibits are usually more expensive to design and build than small eye-catchers. There are always two cost factors to consider when it comes to the media technology used: The technology and the media production. Design, planning, test set-up and transport packaging are further costs that are incurred.

We have already developed various trade fair eye-catchers. Depending on the size, type and scope, the empirical values are between €25,000 and €80,000. The rule is: the more individualised and exclusive, the more cost intensive.

Are trade fair eye-catchers available as a finished product for immediate purchase?

With our trade fair media column, we offer a modular product that has proven itself many times in practice. Although we do not offer this eye-catcher for immediate purchase, we are able to make it available in a relatively short time.
